This sits adjacent to a rustic 2BR 1BA cabin on the same 9.5 acres. It is bordered on two sides by TVA land. Can hike through the TVA land to the river (should be in good shape, the hill is steep), or take the paved road in front of the property. Has access via walk, hike, bike or drive to top of South Holston dam, Osceola Island and the weir dam at the trailwaters of the trout famous South Holson River.
This is referred to as "my happy place". The adjacent TVA wooded property invites you to explore, walk through the vales, hike down to the river or sit and enjoy. Clear nights reveal stars and constellations amid the occasional owl hoot or geese honking overhead to the nearby river. During dawn and dust deer can be seen passing through the pasture like fields. On rainy days a flock of turkey will wonder single file across the pasture like area to feed on the mowed field. A great place to enjoy a morning cup of Keurig generated coffee, Relax, take a deep breath, enjoy. Let your creative processes launch into orbit or catch up on the sleep you missed prior to you arrival. Or for the fisher people, grab your gear and race to the river to catch your trout.
