Summary: Stayed with my wife, daughter, and dog. It’s within walking distance to concerts at the botanical gardens. Only two blocks from the Roosevelt Market - a nice spot for breakfast, coffee, beer, wine, etc. Just a few minutes drive to downtown or the river walk. The tree lined streets are great for walks.
