Summary: This was a charming home but is in need of some love. When we arrived there was a random shoe in the front yard with a dryer sheet. When we entered the property we noticed what looked like chocolate smudges on the pillows of the sofa and the curtains. The refrigerator had yellow something on the door handle. The floors were not cleaned well. I did take pictures to share with the owner, who was very responsive to my concerns but could not provide a way for me to forward the pictures to him. The outdoor area while nice but also had concerns. The grass was not cut. The patio had screws just laying around. The is a side of the house that had prior dog waste still there and a bunch of random junk items that a child or a dog could get hurt going in that area that was not closed off.
