Summary: It was close to McAfee Knob, Tinker Cliffs & Dragon's Head trailheads. Loved the charm of the updated 1940's cottage (all modern conveniences). Easy scenic drives in all directions. Great coffee & food: Sycamore Station, Salem & Lemon & Vale Cakery, New Castle. See covered bridges near Newport & Dismal Falls. Easy scenic drive to Beartown Park, West Virginia, with awesome boardwalk thru stunning rock formations.
