#2 Bunkhouse setup: Queen bed with twin bunk-bed above and a cot. Perfect for kids or larger groups!

The house is fully heated and air-conditioned, with a ceiling fan in each bedroom and in the large central room. There is a queen size Hide-a-bed in the great room which has a comfy memory foam mattress.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV for all your relaxation needs! The 1st bathroom is only a few steps away and features a huge walk-in shower with both a rain shower head and a wand. Head to the garage and you'll find a washer and dryer and related amenities.
The open style kitchen is great for cooking and has everything you could need including a toaster, oven, spices, microwave, and much much more! Cozy drink nook with coffee makers (pot-brewer as well as single cup Keurig machine), coffee and tea provided. The great room is perfect for family fun, such as watching movies, playing board games, puzzles, or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend.
Enjoy the relaxing front porch which has a great view of the two acre pond (fishing is allowed by permission, please message if you are interested! No swimming or boating is allowed in the pond at this time.)
Conveniently located about 15 minutes away from hiking, nearby towns, golfing, restaurants, and much more. This house is perfect for anyone! Couples can enjoy a relaxing get-away, families can have a fun-filled vacation, and you are only minutes away from a getaway adventure! Located on the wine trail, and very close to Newcastle, Lincoln, Auburn, Penryn, and Loomis.
