Positive: Location was great! Quiet, peaceful, rustic, not too close to other property's and much cooler in the tall pine tree's.

Negative: Signing the rental agreement was a fiasco between Porter and Booking.com. Porter emailed it to me but it was lost in the entourage of emails they sent. Had no access to property on arrival b/c agreement had not been signed but got it sorted out. The key lock box was difficult to open at first but we got in. Internet/Wi-fi was really patchy inside the house and not great not sure if that can be helped.

Summary: Just what we needed, quiet, peaceful and cooler temps.
