Tucked away on a 3-acre property, surrounded by nature and located on a private road, this 2nd story, brand new loft apartment, has all the amenities of home-with the added bonus of stunning mountain and water views. The apartment is on a second floor with no living area beneath. It is tastefully furnished throughout and features all-new appliances, it provides an ample bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a daybed in the living room that converts to a single-sized sleeper. The bathroom sports a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and plenty of storage space. In the summer of 2024 you will be able to access an adjacent walking trail. This is a trail that children will really enjoy as well as adults. We call it the "bunny trail". The island had several walking trails and a hiking trail. There are also beaches that you have access to. The information for these are in the House Book. If you like to bike ride bring your bikes with you as that is one of the favorite pass times of island living.
