The cabin is located approximately 12 miles from Weaverville on Highway 299 and about 57 miles from Redding. The area provides great fishing in the Trinity River, Trinity Lake and Lewiston Lake. The Trinity Alps are a popular rugged hiking area, with many lakes and waterfalls.

There are lots of power outrages in the area. A Generac generator is in place. You will not be stuck without electricity.
