Located just 15 miles southwest of Monte Vista, these secluded cabins sit on the flank of theSan Luis Valley on 70 acres of private land, bordered on 3 sides by BLM land, only 2mi from the Rio Grande National Forest boundary. Wake up to panoramic views in every direction. Cat Creek Cabin has 2 queen bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room, plus laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking for 2-3 vehicles right at the door, with additional trailer parking available. Sit and drink your coffee on the elevated front porch, or enjoy a campfire in the pit outside. There is a full kitchen with essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer, as well as dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. HORSES ARE WELCOME!!! Message me about available pens.
