Welcome to our thoughtfully designed Colorado Springs home, created with love and care. We’re especially proud to share our newly completed luxury primary suite. This private retreat includes a heated tile bathroom floor, a fully custom oversized shower, a high-end double vanity with built-in lighting and charging ports, two closets, a coffee station with Alexa capabilities, a lush king bed, with a loveseat and a coffee table facing the mountains. The Pikes Peak view is unforgettable - step right outside onto our deck and enjoy your coffee outside with stunning views.
The rest of the home is just as welcoming, with a modern but charming aesthetic, a large open living area, a 65” Roku TV with oversized sectional, an indoor dining room, and an outdoor patio with a grill and private hot tub. Kids will love the large fenced-in backyard with a slide and basketball hoop, as well as the heated RV garage game room with Ping-Pong, mini basketball, and wall climbing. Two other bedrooms are available, one with a king bed and smart TV and another with a full-over-full bunk bed. All rooms have "Echo" enabled to tell you the weather, play you a song, or set an alarm. A dedicated workspace includes a printer and organizing supplies.
The house sits on nearly half an acre and is walking distance to Palmer Park and 7Brew coffee. We keep checkout simple with no cleaning chores—just gather your things and lock up behind you. We have added A/C units to the primary suite and lower level during the summer, in addition to ceiling fans, evening breezes, and good ventilation keep the house cool most of the year.
