Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed with a twin trundle while the 3rd bedroom houses a Queen bed and twin bunk - perfect for the kiddos to share. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower.
The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen for any meals you choose to make. Off of the kitchen is a mudroom that has a washer and dryer so you won't need to pack extra clothes. If you need a little peace and quiet, you can let the kids run out back and enjoy the fresh air as it has a fenced-in yard.

You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
