Includes full kitchen and dining area, two great rooms, and a screened-in porch. The ground floor recreation room includes a pool table and Foosball. Enclosed pool and hot tub behind the house. High-speed internet throughout the house. Other amenities include central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, stereo, streaming service television, and outside showers. There is plenty of deck space for ocean viewing, and a crow's nest allows for dolphin sighting in the mornings, or grand sunsets over the sound in the evenings.
