Graves Creek Cabin is a 16 mile scenic drive west of Lolo, located in beautiful northwestern Montana. The cabin is situated next to huge meadows along Graves Creek with lovely ponds and timbered hillsides. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the cute patio overlooking the meadows while the elk come down to graze.
Conveniently located near the historic Lumberjack “The Jack” saloon (walking distance), Lolo hot springs, Missoula Montana, and the Clark Fork and Bitterroot Rivers , Lochsa River , Lolo Pass.
The space:
The log cabin was hand built by the Babcock Family featuring Montana’s history with logging, the cedar logs used to build the cabin came from the Lochsa river drainage in Idaho. It is situated on 5 private acres that boarders National Forest and sits adjacent to the main house and shop but is also completely private. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortable in two bedrooms and a loft, including a king bed, queen bed, and futon sleeper. There is a wonderful wood burning stove (firewood provided) for those chilly Montana nights as well as a propane forced air furnace.
The cabin is a great base camp for all your Montana adventures including white water rafting the Lochsa river in Idaho, snowmobiling the Idaho/Montana divide near Lolo Pass, fishing the Bitterroot River, cross country skiing, rocking climbing and ice climbing Blodgett Canyon near Hamilton Montana and numerous hiking, snowmobiling, and atv trails just steps from the cabin door, including the historic Lewis and Clark trail and Nez Perce trail.
Guest access:
Guests will have complete access of the grounds including fire pit . Endless hiking and atv/sidebyside/snowmobile trails straight from the property for exploring, and fishing in Lolo Creek just 1 mile away. There is parking conveniently located right next too and behind the cabin. Covered patio with seating for relaxing and a large concrete patio with propane grill for grilling up some local Montana steaks .
Cabin is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a wonderful relaxing vacation. Please let us know if you have any special requests during your stay, and we will be happy to accommodate!

There is plenty of additional space for trailer parking and horse corals for rent at an extra fee. We are a pet friendly vacation rental with permission that has a 2 dog limit at $25/dog fee.
