Summary: I didn't realize the whole apartment would be downstairs. You might want to state that somewhere. However, it was wonderful. Large open space for kids to play and so cool when we got back from the lake. Fire pit seating was nice in the evenings when it cooled down. We never started a fire but it was a great conversation place while the little boys played imaginary cowboys in the drive way.
