The boat launch ramp is but a few minutes distance and free. The apartment has the total Cabin feel with all the walls of wood and several Persian rugs on the floor. All the appliances are new. The washer/dryer are shared with the owners upstairs and available for stays of 5 days or longer. The property is very large with plenty of room to park the largest of boats. Also provided is a new Stainless steel gas BBQ on the deck. Relax in the provided rocking chairs as you take in the awesome view.
