Perfect for single families or small groups, this home was built in the early 1900s and offers its own a private dock, fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and a gas grill on the deck perfect for those evening cookouts. Summary: Arriving after dark, there is no lighting in the parking area or at the top of exterior stairs. We enjoyed the views & it was cozy. Basic staples were very meager. There was no glass in one of the windows upstairs! It was chilly. The stove looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time! Several times the electrical outlets in lower bedroom & living area had no power.. Minor repairs & freshening up would boost desirability.
