Bright and sunny 2 story private guest suite in nice Hilltop/Mayfair/Crestmore home. Private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 2 Private Balcony's and very quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors on 1st floor and carpeting upstairs in the bedroom. Bathroom is off the bedroom. Great neighborhood, close to Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Glendale, Uptown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Easy access to DIA and I-70. Cable, WiFi, 2 - 55" Smart TV's
We are pet friendly and require a pet description during the booking process. Pets are generally limited to 2, but can discuss. We have a $40 one time non-refundable fee per stay and per pet. This fee to be paid to us directly via venmo, paypal, and apple pay at time of booking.

Summary: Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. We could have not wished for a better place to stay. Brad is an incredible host. Super friendly. Made us feel very comfortable from the start. Greeted us when we arrived. Checked in to see how are trip was. We will 100% stay here again when we are back in Denver! Thanks Brad!
