The space
The Cabin is completely self-sustaining. There are trails to hike right on the property. This is truly a gem and one of the most beautiful properties you will find with beautiful gardens throughout. It also has amazing art and creations everywhere. You can come and hang out or you can come and get away from the city while still being able to work. Please feel free to wander throughout the property all of it is accessible to you. It is sustained by having compost toilets, rain catchment water as well as natural spring water in five gallon jugs and solar and generator electricity.
The neighborhood is the forest and you can go hiking all over, go grab coffee in Port Townsend or Port Hadlock or a bite to eat. You can go into town and see wonderful artistic museums. Take a trip from property to beautiful Ho Rain Forest and soak in the hot springs. Even go whale watching 10 minutes away. This is a great place to explore.
Port Townsend is about 25 minutes. However, if looking for takeout Port Hadlock and Port Ludlow have great Mexican, Chinese, Pizza and Italian these are about 10-15 minutes. There is also an amazing burger place 10 minutes from here going towards Sequim. QFC is also in Port Hadlock.
