Ultimate Colorado Springs vacation neighborhood! Stratton Open Space just out the back of the property. The best hiking and biking trails in the area.
Fully furnished 1,212 sq. ft. Cheyenne Cañon Cabin. Two bedroom, one bath, two story place. Keyless lock on front door. Relaxing deck is 4-20 friendly.
The main level has a living room which is equipped with a 50" flat-screen HD TV, DVD player, cable TV and free high speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials: a refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates and dishes, utensils, blender, crockpot and all the essential housewares plus a gas grill just outside the kitchen door.
Main level bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and a desk. Bathroom has a shower, nice-sized vanity, several mirrors and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
Lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed, family room with a 40inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and laundry room with washer, dryer and all the essentials. NOTE: THE LOWER LEVER CEILING HEIGHT IS 6 FT 2 INCHES.

Summary: Steve, the owner, is fantastic. We had planned an earlier vacation, but had to cancel because I had to have back surgery. We were lucky to find some available dates at this home at a time when I was able to get on the road again. Working with Steve was a breeze. He was very understanding and we quickly set up the new trip.The house is located STEPS from the Stratton Open Space, and is just down the road from Starsmore Nature Center, Helen Hunt Falls and Seven Falls. We had deer walking through the yard every day! One night, as I sat up reading, an owl started calling from the tree out front! The house is older, but has everything you need. The kitchen has it all, fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. BBQ just outside the back door. A deck on the side of the house where you can sit and wait for the deer, rabbits and birds to stop by. Clean and comfortable beds. We had a great time. Thank you, Steve!
