Positive: The property itself was wonderful and spacious and comfortable. The beauty of a lake house relaxing.

Negative: The lack of flexibility was off putting. We asked for 1 hour early check in to give us enough time to drop off luggage before heading back to Lynchburg for graduations and they wouldn’t do it. We arrived and kitchen smelled awful because garbage was still in there. The four beds were no made in the loft area so when we came back super tired with kids asleep we struggled to make the bunk beds… I was hard to get answers from the staff over the use of outside furniture/cushions/ paddle board. It was like so much to offer but “no you can’t use it” . It was clear the the pudiera hadn’t been cleaned a while. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. We pent so much time sweeping and cleaning just to enjoy the one afternoon we had to swim. I
