1500 sq ft brand new place, basement, bright and airy, 2 big bedrooms and bath, kitchen and living room, never been lived in. Very secluded on 40 acres ranch . Upstairs is lived in by owners and have a friendly Great Dane and Australian Shepherd and a mini pig. Outside is surrounded by fence in horses. Access to skiing and snowmobiling, hiking and hunting you name it! Property is not in town, 25 minutes from town, elevation is 8240 ft and open year round, 4x4 a must in the winter and we recommend studded tires. Please no pets.
