Kitchen has 3 ovens, 2 sinks, everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends. Kitchen has gourmet Cutco knives and kitchen pans, water filtration system in addition to a whole house water filtration system to filter out all chlorine from water for bathing, drinking, etc.
Carpets are 100% organic wool with no harsh chemicals. Floors are hardwood and tile.
No smoking inside, music must be within respectful levels as not to disturb neighbors.
We only use organic yard products as well. No pesticides or harsh lawn chemicals. There is an onsite caretaker, gardeners, pool cleaner, and others who performs regular maintenance on the premises.
