Welcome to the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Winston Salem. Each bedroom features a queen size bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood and with plenty of space in the back yard! A bonus room has been turned into a gym/game room including an elliptical, kettle bells, yoga mats and ping pong table. The house is a great fit for monthly renters ! We have host traveling nurses, homeowners in between purchases and construction crews. The main entrance door walks directly into the living room area with a bathroom directly behind it. All bedrooms are along the same side of the house with an additional bathroom in the main bedroom. The game room has a ping pong table and board games for raining nights. If the weather is nice outside, enjoy the flat back yard! The house comes with its own personal driveway. Please park in the driveway or in front of the house. Please do not park in the neighbors yard.
