Summary: I’m unhappy because the hotels.com website says “no fees” for pets, but then I was charged $25 on site. The beds also had a weird metal sheeting around the bottoms that were nearly at the edge of the bed and easily bumped, so super noisy. Also the metal made noise if you shift while sleeping and the beds were hard. I barely slept because I’m a light sleeper. The minute the room next to us woke up, we could hear them talking, their toilet, and their shower. The staff was lovely though. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again on my next pass through.
