We are located in Garfield County, Colorado, Hunting area #42. 10 miles from National Forest Access. Beautiful views, peaceful setting. We are 12 miles south of I-70. Close to Glenwood Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. A short, beautiful drive to several world famous ski areas, Aspen and Snowmass, and a local favorite, Sunlight Mountain. So many winter opportunities await you! An amazing spot to connect with nature, and enjoy the quiet. Sit and relax in front of the fireplace with a beverage. Many beautiful local attractions to visit. Please, no loud music, no loud parties, and only registered guests may be on premises. No stays over 14 days. Pets allowed on a case by case approval, with an extra deposit. Owner is on property in adjacent house. Some great restaurants in Silt, Rifle and New Castle, ask me for recommendations.! Cell service is NOT reliable, wifi calling can be helpful. We look forward to meeting you!

Summary: We were looking for something in-between Glenwood Springs and Rifle, and this was the perfect spot! We loved being out in the country away from town. Beautiful scenery, the house is ADORABLE. Had everything we needed, loved the added touch of the coloring books for the kids. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!
