Our modern 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is located in a charming historic brownstone building in the heart of Butchertown in Louisville! Guests will love its kitchen with black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The apartment has 2 nicely sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and its own smart tv and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a work desk. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with very nice and modern rain shower. The living room is located in the lower level with a dining table and a great lounging area where you can enjoy the Smart TV with spectrum cable and ability to stream all your favorite apps. There is a washer and dryer downstairs.
