For skiers and snowboarders, a winter vacation can be spent at the Blacktail Mountain Ski Area, a 31.1-mile trek over the northern tip of Flathead Lake. Summary: This place has the perfect amount of simple but well kept. It’s a beautiful secluded location on Flathead. The owners are so kind and welcoming. This was our second year back and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is fantastic! Great service and food. You really feel right at home there.
