This beautiful 3 bed 2.5bath home has many of the original charms from when the house was built, plus some amazing updates!
fenced in yard with dog door, bbq and fire pit!
spacious kitchen with an island, washer and dryer in unit, two living areas, as well as a large dining room!
The house has a driveway - can fit at least 3 cars, maybe 4 depending on the size. So arrive park your cars and never move them to avoid traffic and stress. Walking distance to all the stores and restaurants as we are located on Broadway.
Everything in town is within walking distance - pubs, restaurants, the opera house, bike rentals, etc!
Can easily accommodate 10 guests if people share the full beds.
we have smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms with Netflix and Hulu - we DO NOT have cable TV. We have high speed WI-FI that will allow you to work and attend online meeting if needed.

Summary: Excellent location - short walk into main part of town without the hustle/bustle and noise of being in the middle of all the commotion. Having a driveway is key.
