“DeVilla” is our home away from home. When you walk in the cabin door, it takes you back to a simpler time. This Vintage Lake Arrowhead Cabin has been fully restored back to its classic charm yet is up to date in every way. Refreshed with new paint and new windows making the cabin bright. Continually updating: New leather coach, new refrigerator, and expanded back deck. A great place for a romantic escape or a family getaway and we are dog friendly.
The cabin sits above Lake Arrowhead and is a short drive to the Lake and the Village. It is 5 minutes to Sky Park - Santa's Village.
The front deck, new rear deck, and the fenced side yards are great for outdoor dining and entertainment. Level parking for up to 3 cars.
The "decorator" lake house décor is complimented by the vintage knotty pine walls, wood ceiling, and wood floors with a red brick fireplace with a wood burning stove. There are 2 flat screen TVs. The large wood dining table and chairs can be expanded to seat 8 comfortably for dinner and games. (See pictures)
The kitchen with its restored vintage stove is fully equipped. It is well-stocked with all your cooking needs, dishes, flatware and glasses. Appliances include new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee station, as well as a washer & dryer.
“DeVilla” has a master bedroom, a loft, and the signature bunk room with 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower.
The Master bedroom is upstairs with a queen size bed and TV. Look at the view of the lake from this window!
The loft is right off the master and is a great reading area with a twin bed.
DeVilla’s signature “Bunk Room" has two twin size bunk beds built in. Adults and children alike love this room. You have to check this out.
It sleeps 5 adults in beds. Max 5 adults.
Enjoy the very fast and strong Wi-Fi. In the living room we have Apple TV and in the master bedroom we have Roku.
Outside there is a front deck which is our go to spot for outside dining. The new rear patio deck has a Gas BBQ and a set of Adirondack chairs with a fire pit. Dogs & kids love our great fenced yard. Extra wide street level driveway with easy access to the side yard (5 steps) and then 8 steps up to the front door.
You are less than 10 minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village with all the restaurants, shops, and lakeside fun. This is the best all year round.
You are 8 minutes to SkyPark resort with Santa's Village.
We chose not to share our home for the last couple years sharing only with friends and family. We are now offering this unique moment in time during select times of the year.
