Albion Other | Very Nice Two Story Country House

4 Bedroom Place in Albion

Completely remodeled farmhouse (2017). The main floor is an open area with complete kitchen, an island, dining and living room. There are two bathrooms (no tubs) on the main floor. One bedroom is on the main floor with three bedrooms upstairs, each with double beds.
This family farmhouse was in its original state for many years until 2016-2017 when it went through a complete reconstruction and remodel. The house was raised to put a new foundation in the north half, and a utility basement. Walls were knocked out to open up the downstairs living area. Everything is new, downstairs windows, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, floors, baths, cabinets, everything.
Everything is furnished linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer. This is a quiet farmhouse with lots of space inside and outside.
There is no garage.
No pets or any animals are allowed. (Please read Rental Agreement)
Security cameras (3) are on the exterior of the house, located above east entry door; northeast corner under soffit overseeing driveway; northwest corner of house overseeing machine storage building.
The owner lives on the same acerage.

Summary: I made the reservation, but it was my sister and her family who stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding nearby. My review is based on their comments, since I did not see the property. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that all the beds were doubles and my brother-in-law is 6'5". However, there was a very comfortable, long couch that worked very well for him. They met the host when they checked in and he was very friendly and accommodating. I found Kurt very helpful since we needed to adjust the dates for the reservation due to slight changes in plans. He contacted Vrbo, since we were unable to change the dates on the site. He walked me through the whole process and got it done!
