It is just a few short blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola on Ajax Mountain and Aspen's downtown core with world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife. It includes one covered off street parking spot. Now air conditioned for a comfortable stay when the weather turns warm. Free WIFI and cable TV, a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with quartz counter tops and a granite topped island. The designer kitchen is a chef's dream with 36 inch cabinets, a smooth top range with a pot filling faucet, and a faucet over the double bowl sink with a touch on and off switch. The open floor plan allows for entertaining or casual dining after a long day on the mountain. The island has its own charging station and hardwood floors adorn the living areas. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one main bathroom in the end of the hall between the two bedrooms and a second full bath in the bedroom with two twin beds. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms complete with stereo surround sound. There is a brand new full size washer and dryer conveniently located in the main bathroom. There is a common area barbeque grill and bike racks available for guests. All appliances are top of the line in this recently remodeled condo.
