Summary: The business center was closed since PCs were not working, I needed to print something for the next day, they could not help me and sent me to Loews Portofino, their business center was also not available but their staff solved it with their printer (something Hard Rock could have done). Also the fridge in the room did not work. Worst actitudes by staff to help you out in these kind of situations. $1300 night hotel without these basic amenities working is hard to believe.
