Located in the Marine Terrace neighborhood, you’ll be less than one block away from the desirable Shoreline Park which offers open green space, panoramic views of the ocean, a children’s playground, steps to Leadbetter Beach. Walk a tad farther and you’re at the Santa Barbara Harbor where you can book a whale-watching cruise, rent stand-up paddleboards, and choose from a variety of restaurants that are right on the water.
This beachy Paradise Retreats cottage features custom cherry wood built-ins and accents, an open floor plan, a full-service Kitchen, and an added sunroom with a large dining space and grand piano. Both spacious Bedrooms include French Doors leading to a patio and seating area. Den with sleeper sofa. Primary Suite showcases vaulted ceilings with skylights and an Ensuite Bathroom. Summary: Good house, great location, great views. Loved the vegetation. Amenities were average. House condition was ok (paint needs touch-up, new coat, couch is old and saggy, only 1 TV in entire place). Hot tub was a great amenity. Appreciated extra propane tank next to grill, as the one on the unit was empty. Nice place.
