Positive: Breakfast was minimal. no hot breakfast.

Negative: The room was 49 degrees with the ac blasting when we arrived. it took about 4 hours to reach 61 degrees. The kitchen had one pot with lid....How are you supposed to cook eggs? Needed a couple of skillets. Dishes and utensils were adequate. the stove worked although it looked like it had fallen off a back of a truck. If you wanted to cook food you'd have to obtain more cookware....the room was pet friendly but the carpet was stinky. The carpet needs to be cleaned and deodorized. When I checked in the staff was sitting around the lobby and they were talking about politics - that probably should have been curtailed while a guest was checking in. It made me somewhat uncomfortable. I mentioned my concerns to the receptionist while checking out - and he just nodded his head. The room was quiet - not too many guests.

Summary: It was fine for two nights - but I wouldn't stay here again. Many other choices in this area.
