The Little Green House is just 4 blocks off I25, and 12 blocks from the Riverwalk, Union Ave, and Memorial Hall. Pet friendly, kid friendly, and owners live on the same block so are usually available for any issues that may arise.
We are also just 3 blocks away from Parkview Hospital and 5 blocks from a fire station. You WILL hear sirens occasionally, as well as a flight for life helicopter landing at the hospital once in a while.
Home is equipped with keyless entry door locks and front and back doors.
