Welcome to my home! My walk-out basement is ridiculous. With a separate entrace through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, WiFi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the private pool area (pool & hot tub closed Oct-April), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas firepit, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Have fun!!
*No pets allowed (sorry). No glass allowed in the backyard. No more than 4 people total to sleep over. No parties allowed, unless approved by host before booking. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, and keep an eye on your kids.
