Located in the heart of Greeley, this urban loft offers a beautiful space to get away and relax while being close to everything you could need or want! Our loft sits directly above historic Margie's Java Joint and across the street from UNC's Central Campus. You'll be minutes away from Downtown Greeley, Island Grove Regional Park, and several of Greeley's best local spots for food and drink.
The space has large windows that allow natural light to pour in throughout the day, and exposed brick and duct work to give it that urban getaway feeling. The spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a king sized bed will ensure a good night's sleep, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee.
In addition to the master bedroom, we also have 2 rollaway twin beds that can be brought out into the living room for parties of up to 4 people.
Guests will have a (1) dedicated onsite parking spot.

We ask that guests restrict their use of the building to these two locations.

The loft is situated above several local businesses. It is just a few blocks away from Downtown Greeley and directly across from UNC. The neighborhood has a vintage feel and there is plenty to walk to nearby.
While there are plenty of cool spots to walk to nearby, Greeley is a fairly car-dependent city. There is a lot of parking near our loft, including 1 dedicated parking spot in a private lot for our guests.
You will be the only AirBnb guests in the building - all other apartments are occupied by long-term tenants.
Common areas outside of the loft are all maintained by the building owner, but if there are any issues we will get them addressed ASAP.
