Our place has 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch and is able to sleep up to 8 people. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a mounted TV and a full master bath with a large tub. The second and third bedroom have queen size beds, plenty of closet space and a shared full size bathroom. There is also a cozy sitting area on this floor where you can relax and enjoy a good book!
The living area on the main floor is open and gorgeous! The large sectional couch is able to pullout to a full queen size bed. The open layout gives easy access to both the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy a home cooked meal in our updated kitchen! The table can seat 6 and we also have 3 bar stools at the bar top in the kitchen.
The highlight of this home is the rooftop deck! Sit and relax in the comfortable patio furniture overlooking the beautiful rocky mountains and town of Fort Collins. The backyard area also has a grill and space to play games or just relax outside. The house also features a large 2 car garage as well as plenty of street parking.
