Step into one of the most beautiful Montana settings that you can imagine. Located directly on Whitefish Lake with 75 feet of private lake frontage with dock. Located 5 miles from downtown Whitefish, 3 minutes to the Whitefish trail system, and 10 miles to the ski hill. The views of the lake, sunset and Swan Mountain range are spectacular from everywhere inside and outside the home.
With 4,152 sq ft of living space to enjoy with your friends and family, the home itself is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen flows into the living room, is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and views to die for. Step outside to enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains, or fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. The lower level has a second living space to relax and watch TV or read a book. The exterior space begs to be outside with a large covered wrap-around deck with plenty of comfortable deck furniture, and a private dock for your boat and swimming. 2 stand-up paddle boards and a double kayak are included for your use during your stay as well. We have 4 adult life vests and 4 children's life vests for use as well.
The home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the main floor and has a large, comfortable king bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a twin bunk bed. Downstairs, there is the third bedroom, also with a queen bed. There is also a lower-level living room that has a couch and a flatscreen TV. There is a sleeping space that is only accessible by exiting the home on the way to the lake access. It has its own half bath and queen bed as well. The lake access is an easy few steps from the lower level. Mr. Coffee, K- cup, crockpot and instant pot in the kitchen. Pack n play provided for guest use.
Absolutely no partying or any loud noise / music. We have $500 first time noise complaint violations. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies.
