The Space:
This is a shared home, meaning there could be another person staying here during your time. We will do our best to keep you informed about other guests, however we cannot guarantee we can communicate absolutely everything regarding the other guest.
This space is intended ideally for traveling medical professionals, students and other working individuals, but of course is not limited to.
Your bedroom will have its own lock on it. Your room will have its own TV and computer desk.
There are two bathrooms - The "primary" bathroom for this room will be the one downstairs. The other guest has a higher nightly rate to have "primary" access to the upstairs bathroom, as well as use of the garage. This is an attempt to give each guest there own separate bathrooms, if they wish. However guests can certainly make their own agreements about bathroom usage.
The kitchen and the living rooms are shared spaces. There is a living room upstairs and downstairs.
