Summary: It was very clean. Bed was great - firm! Fireplace, double shower heads, jetted tub, small kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, sink). We never saw the staff - everything was ready when we got there. Communication was through text with a code for the door lock. They checked on us from time to time. Needed a lot of cosmetic work! Cracked ceiling, peeling paint, cracked bathroom tiles, wifi a little slow, sink and bathtub showed some porcelain damage, chintzy door lock.
