Summary: The property was great except the issues we encountered with the pool and hot tub. The hot tub never worked and the pool heat didn’t work the first 3 days. However the management, maintenance and owner did everything they could to get thing up and running. Communicate was great and ultimately the owner refunded the fee for heating them. I appreciate all the efforts made to make things right in the unfortunate event of mechanical failures.
