Summary: The condo was clean, and in decent shape. The hot tub and wifi both worked, but Vacasa sent the wrong wifi password with the checkin instructions. Fortunately someone left a piece of paper with the correct password on the counter in the condo. We were supposed to check in at 4, but couldn't until 5:30 because someone (I think the cleaner) didn't return the key until then. There were three bulbs burned out in the kitchen, leaving it very dark. I complained to Vacasa's guest services almost immediately, but no one ever showed up with replacement bulbs. I swapped a working bulb from the hall into the kitchen myself.
