Summary: Clean, eclectic, and unique historic Santa Barbara compound with off-street parking for one car. The owner / manager, Janet, lives at the front of the property and is very attentive. The only thing missing was a propane grill for barbecuing (there is a Weber charcoal grill available). I would stay there again without hesitation.
