Well-equipped and furnished one bedroom with one bathroom in luxury apartment. Free parking, , new bed, new TV, new floor and desk lamps. Lots of closet space. Free washer and dryer usage in the apartment. The building has a study space which comes with desktop computers and free printing for use. It also has two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a fitness room, a yoga room, air conditioning, outdoor grill, fridge, and oven. It’s a quiet neighborhood and everything is very accessible. Next to the apartment is Ralph’s (a grocery store), Starbucks, and other restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. UCLA is a 10 minute drive away, and there is a bus in front of our apartment that goes straight there. The number 10 highway is also nearby. After viewing the sunrise at Santa Monica Pier you can immediately take the 10 to explore LA. You can also take highway 1 towards Malibu or Venice.
