Summary: The room was very nice and clean, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable, which is the most important thing. Overall it was pretty quiet, the only minor issue was the cable appeared to be out for the TV, but I didn't try to watch it until the last night of my stay...I'm sure it was a temp issue which can happen from time to time. Rose Garden Inn was the best rate around for the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was greatly appreciated compared to the overcharging of other hotels in Santa Barbara at that time.
