Looking for 5 college students each paying $550 or less students splitting the $2,750 per month rent.All will have own furnished bedroom. Includes all utilities, WiFi and snowplowing. Move in date is October 1, or possibly after Labor Day in September and runs until May 31.

Large air conditioned home that can be easily shared with friends or multiple families.
This is a family friendly house and we are not looking to rent to High School graduates looking for a place to get together before going off to college.
2.5 baths. Sleeps 12+. 5 Bedrooms: 1 queen bed in 4 bedrooms, 1 full in 1 bedroom. 1 double futon in upstairs hallway. 5 single beds in the basement which are included in the rental but may take in water during a serve thunderstorm. Master bath has 2 person jacuzzi! Free washer, coin op dryer, outdoor furniture, beach wagon, gas grill and bikes included. Room for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking. A 10 minute walk to the beach. A short drive to Dunkin' Donuts! Pets considered!! This is a bright, beautiful home. WiFi included!!!!
Renters are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels as well as doing light housekeeping at the end of your stay. Although we do sanitize between renters, we ask that you leave the house clean. Cleaning supplies are provided.
There is paid parking at the end of my road for the beach!!!!!
