This well appointed 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is located on the popular community of Westbury in Davenport, just off of Highway 27, close to Posner Park Shopping Centre and within easy driving distance to the Walt Disney World Resort and all other major Florida theme parks and attractions. With a fantastic pool area with the added privacy of no rear neighbours, you can enjoy your relaxing vacation by the pool on the comfortable outside furniture, or enjoy dining al fresco in the beautiful Florida sunshine, or shaded under the large lanai. This villa has 2 master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom to be shared between the two remaining twin bedrooms. A comfortable communal living area with a large flat screen TV with HD cable, this villa also has a security alarm for your comfort. This villa also comes with free wifi and free calls throughout USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional cost to this. It's $30 per day with a minimum 5 days. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
