Positive: The place just needs a complete remodel... like yesterday. It's extremely dingy and dirty and the beds/furniture in the rooms are disgustingly old and wore wore wore wore tf out. Black mold in the restroom and shower ceiling crumbling down. If RED ROIF INN wants an amazing company to help renovate these older Inns then you can contact P.H.R.S. 731-499-4624 Taylor Reece
