This is a lovely home NEWLY decorated & furnished in the most popular area of Omaha. Hotel grade mattresses, nice private deck, & off street parking. Several close parks, Summer free concerts Sat & Sun farmer’s markets just blocks away along with a gym, yoga studio & restaurants. Small town feel in the city! Close to UNO, UNMC, Baxter Arena, Interstate just 3 minutes away & 10 minutes to downtown, the zoo, baseball stadium. New family room added downstairs Xtra TV, seating & an elliptical.
The space
Hardwood floors, lots of windows & natural light, has a gas fireplace, all new furnishings, & meticulously decorated & stocked for your pleasure. Lovely private back deck oasis, off of the kitchen perfect for coffee in the morning or just to relax at night. This is for professionals & travelers alike! Desk area for work and sectional for relaxing. Everything is BRAND NEW! Gas stove and dishwasher make kitchen a treat if you wish to cook & I include staples and plenty of extras! 3 beds and one Cordaroy’s bean bag that turns into a super comfy full size floor mattress. Pets are allowed, but I will need to know in advance of booking type & or breed. 2 pet limit & you will be required to vacuum up any fur before leaving.

The whole house, finished basement recroom with large large TV, elliptical machine, corner yard, driveway & deck, but not the garage. Please note I allow guest to use washer & dryer inside the utility room, but it is unfinished and contains the furnace, hot water heater and and old paint stained fifties style sink that is just for paint clean up. extra
Other things to note
Lovely established neighborhood, safe, quiet and centrally located it has been my neighborhood for 30 years! For long term stays over 7 days you will need at least positive feedbacks due to a recent issue, sorry.

Summary: We were in the area attending a wrestling tournament, and the location of this home was extremely convenient as it was very close to the arena as well as all of the amenities that we could need. The house was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable.
